This National Historic Register duplex was built around 1915 as a fine, single family home in the up and coming Central High area. It was converted to duplex use probably sometime in the 1930’s. It is one block from the National Park headquarters, set behind cypress trees in a lushly landscaped garden. It was completely renovated in 2017, with new plumbing, wiring, windows, insulation. The two apartments are very different, and each charming.
