When Miss S.E. Vail built her house in 1915, she used a blend of Craftsman and late Victorian styles – with high ceilings downstairs, ornamental moldings, beadboard and craftsman design elements in the porch. The house has been through many changes, and after a fire and years of neglect, was close to lost and sold at a tax sale. It was completely renovated in 2016
The house has two, two bedroom units, each very different and both lovely.
Original doors and windows were retained, all systems were entirely new. . There is parking for one car in the back, plus a shared dog run.
